Membership Terms

1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using TRX Poker Club ("the Club"), you agree to these Membership Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Club.
2. Eligibility
- You must be 18 years or older (or the legal age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher).
- You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Club is lawful where you live.
- One account per person. Duplicate or shared accounts may be closed and balances reviewed.
3. Wallet, chips & conversions
- Your Club wallet holds USDT (TRC20). Deposits are credited after on-chain confirmation.
- Poker runs on club chips at a fixed desk rate of 1 USDT = 1 chip. Conversions in both directions are requested by you and completed by the desk after review.
- Send only USDT on the TRON (TRC20) network to your deposit address — other tokens or networks cannot be recovered.
4. Games & fairness
- Casual games (Red·Blue War, Animal 25) settle from a live TRON block hash — provably fair and verifiable on-chain by anyone.
- Blackjack settles server-side from a committed round seed; the client cannot alter outcomes.
- Payout tables are shown in each game and may only change prospectively — never for rounds already placed.
5. Withdrawals
- Minimum withdrawal 10 USDT; a flat network fee applies and is shown at request time.
- Withdrawals are reviewed by two desk agents before broadcast. Verification may be requested for unusual activity.
6. Prohibited conduct
- Bots, automation, or exploiting software errors (bugs pay nothing — report them to the desk instead).
- Chip dumping, collusion, or manipulation of poker games.
- Money laundering or use of funds from illegal sources.
Violations may result in confiscation of associated winnings and account closure.
7. General
The Club is provided "as is". We may amend these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Questions — contact the desk on Telegram.
